2) Counterparty and Customer Service

7) Information on the right of cancellation


Description of the right of cancellation

8) Guarantees

5. Patrick Waravka does not ensure the possibility of returning products delivered in the case where there is non substantial difference between the ordered product and the product delivered. Slight variations of tones, colors and sizes of reproduction or print media are indeed sometimes unavoidable.

6 Images representing the artworks sold on the site waravka.fr are only a low quality preview of the actual artwork. Moreover, the quality of images seen on a computer screen is not always a true reflection of the quality of artworks.

7 The reproductions sold by Patrick Waravka are printed and made ​​with technical tools and products traditionally used in the professional world of art printing. Especially concerning colors and materials used for printing, Patrick Waravka guarantees quality within the limits of resistance properties objectively recognized to these elements.

9) Right of Use

1 All images displayed on this site may not be copied, edited or presented on other media without prior consent of Patrick Waravka

2 The use of art prints, paintings, tapestries and artworks is only permitted for personal use or to participate in the private interior decoration. Any other use requires prior authorization request from Patrick Waravka. .

3 The customer does not have the right, directly or through a third party, to replicate and manufacture Patrick Waravka's artworks and to sell them.

 
10) Storage of contracts

Contracts entered on our website (data about your order, General Conditions and Terms at the date of your order) are archived for a period of 3 years. You can access the archived contracts upon request by e-mail or by postal mail to:
